Dani and Joe are our Ostara assessors. They come to visit your property to set your alarm up and also respond to any calls and help customers when they’ve sounded the alarm.
Justine is the Ostara manager, and she oversees the work of the team.
Our Customer Service Advisors are the voices you hear at the other side of the call. They are responsible for sending our responders out to your property if you’ve sounded the alarm.
